Party dates/times are first come, first served and reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit. The Ice Den highly recommends that parties are booked at least seven days in advance.

• 1 hr. private party suite times are scheduled either prior to or following the public skate session time, not in conjunction with.
• Any changes to pizza, cake orders or theme packages must be made at least three days in advance to avoid penalty charges.
• Additional skaters may be added and paid for prior to the start of your party.
• Parties have the option of supplying their own cake, beverages and limited food items. No pizza other than pizza provided by the Ice Den is permitted. Please inquire prior to booking.
