For our valued customes, the Alltel Ice Den offers FREE Wi-Fi service (high speed internet access) at the Ice Den. Simply bring your Wi-Fi compatible laptop to the Ice Den and log on... it's that simple. Surf the web, check your e-mail, and prepare for that next big meeting... all from the comfort and convenience of the Ice Den lobby.

Please note that as a user of our Wi-Fi service, you are responsible for all 'content' including but not limited to information, data, graphics, video, audio and other materials, publicly or privately provided. Subsequently you understand that you are solely responsible as the person providing 'content' either directly or indirectly to others in the facility. Tanner’s Kids First Hockey Program

Tanner’s Kids First Hockey Program is a FREE introductory program designed to get boys & girls ages 4-8 interested in the sport of hockey. Participants receive

Forbes Magazine Says Ice Den is ‘Excellent’

About The Ice Den

The Alltel Ice Den is a 120,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art, TWIN ice skating and entertainment facility located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Ice Den is home to the Coyotes Amateur Hockey Association (CAHA), the Coyotes Adult Hockey League (CAHL) and offers numerous figure skating and Learn-to-Skate classes.

Inside the Ice Den we also feature a Mountainside Fitness Platinum Club, a Peter Piper Pizza restaurant/game room, the corporate headquarters for BrightSpot Media, a BNC National Bank branch, a full-service pro shop, a coffee bar and more!

If you haven’t been to the Ice Den recently, you might not recognize it. Numerous new amenities have been added that build upon the facility’s commitment to being the premier skating center in the nation. All of these new amenities are complete or in process.

Another great facility amenity for Ice Den patrons and the surrounding community is the addition of a full service BNC National Bank branch. BNC’s main lobby is open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and has an ATM accessible during all Ice Den operating hours.

The Ice Den Peter Piper Pizza has opened their new adult area which offers expanded liquor service, closed-circuit TV viewing of both ice surfaces, slide windows with other patio enhancements, the NHL Package and a new Trivia game. Click Here to view our new menu items!

Sixty additional parking stalls have been added along the east side of the facility. With the additional traffic generated by Mountainside Fitness and Peter Piper Pizza these additional spots have been a welcome addition for all Ice Den visitors.

In their efforts to keep their facility one of the top clubs in the valley, construction is about to start at the Ice Den Mountainside Fitness Platinum club. Members can look forward to a new cycle room with IMAX screen and more bikes. Extra cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes), childcare expansion, and added group fitness classes.

Much more than a simple concession stand, the Chilly Bean is conveniently located in the Ice Den main lobby. Enjoy our premium coffees, gourmet espresso drinks, Cold Stone ice creams, fruit and yogurt smoothies, hot pretzels, fresh popped pop corn, juicy hot dogs, and healthy treats selected to energize your body and enhance your visit to the Ice Den. MAP & DIRECTIONS

The Alltel Ice Den is located at 9375 E. Bell Road. We are 1 mile north of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, just north of Westworld. GOOGLE MAP -

From the South: Take the Loop 101 northbound and exit at the Frank Lloyd Wright/Bell Road exit. Continue straight through the light at Frank Lloyd Wright and proceed one mile to Bell Road. Turn right on Bell Road, and the Ice Den is on the right hand side (look for our Bell Rd. monument sign).

From the West: Take the Loop 101 eastbound to Scottsdale. Exit at the Princess/Pima exit. Stay straight on frontage road to Bell Road. Turn left on Bell Road, and the Ice Den will be on the right.
