During the summer months of June, July and August, the Ice Den is converting the new 3rd rink from ice to field turf. This allows the Ice Den to host its “Cool Camp” along with various indoor sports and activities including soccer, lacrosse, flag football, kickball, etc. Unlike our hockey leagues and skating programs, the Ice Den is not directly registering teams and players for these sports but rather renting field time to existing leagues and clubs who specialize in these activities (see program links below).
Indoor Field Amenities:
- Brand new seamless turf system 200’ long x 85’ wide (17,000 sq/ft)
- Climate controlled playing surface and spectator area (air conditioning)
- 4 large locker rooms with showers/restrooms (2 rooms assigned for each game)
- 4’ padded rink dividers allow leagues to partition the field for 2 or 3 cross-field games
- Player benches and penalty boxes
- Seats for approx. 300 spectators
- Electronic scoreboard, PA and music system
- Regulation, recessed soccer goals and regular lacrosse nets
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility including the new building
Ice Den General Amenities:

And, of course, the Ice Den offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities as well. Daily public skating, beginner to advanced skating programs, youth hockey leagues in the Coyotes Amateur Hockey Association programs, adult hockey programs in the Coyotes Adult Hockey League, private skating instruction, birthday parties, private ice parties and much more!
