Simply bring your Wi-Fi compatible laptop to the Ice Den and log on... it's that simple. Surf the web, check your e-mail, and prepare for that next big meeting... all from the comfort and convenience of the Ice Den lobby.

Please note that as a user of our Wi-Fi service, you are responsible for all 'content' including but not limited to information, data, graphics, video, audio and other materials, publicly or privately provided. Subsequently you understand that you are solely responsible as the person providing 'content' either directly or indirectly to others in the facility. Fridays 12:00-2:00 PM
Lessons are sold in packages of 4 consecutive classes. Package price includes 2 hours of public skating (12:00-2:00pm), skate rental and a 30 minute group lesson from 1:30-2:00pm during the public session.  Small group lessons available; 5 skaters minimum and 20 skaters maximum.

DISCOUNTS

25% Discount on second class if you register for two or more classes per week (level A, B, C and Pre-Hockey classes only.

10% Discount on second or more immediate family members of equal or lesser value.
Only one discount may apply per person.

Note: Classes not meeting size requirements may be cancelled or combined. Payment in full is required at time of registration.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION POLICIES:

1. All programs must be paid in full at time of registration.

2. Refunds, credits, or transfers will only be given if requested in writing two weeks prior to commencement of the registered program. Refunds, credits or transfers will be granted after this time only in the event of an injury or illness and the request is accompanied by a doctor’s statement verifying the nature of the injury or illness.

3. No credits, refunds, or transfers will be given to a registrant who leaves because of their own desire or fails to attend.

4. Alltel Ice Den reserves the right to reschedule, change, or cancel a program due to uncontrollable circumstances.

5. Alltel Ice Den reserves the right to revoke participant privileges and future registration in any program offered at this facility.

MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

One make-up class per session is allowed – no exceptions. To schedule, call the Administration Office at 480-473-5811. Skaters must pick up their “Make-up Voucher” at the Administration Office and present it to the class instructor when entering the ice. If no make-up class is available, public skating passes will be substituted.


RECOMMENDED CLOTHING LIST
  • Gloves
  • Helmets (bicycle helmets are acceptable, aerodynamic models not recommended)
  • Warm-up suit
  • Light to medium weight socks (1 pair only)
  • Long sleeves and long pants

*Jeans are not recommended as they are restrictive, shorts are not permitted. Skates, helmets, and gloves may be purchased at Coyotes Ice Sports. The Alltel Ice Den is not responsible for personal items that may be lost or stolen. Private lockers are available for your protection.

Rink temperature stays at approximately 52° year round – please remember to bundle up!
