It is that time of year again. Time to sign-up for CAHA House Hockey. Only $100 down reserves your team slot. Remember, last year we sold out. Do not procrastinate, as our league continues to grow. You can sign-up online as well, just know if you do so, you will need to pay the registration in full. CAHA preferred registration is only open through June 1st. You will need to register your player with USA Hockey again for the 2012-2013 hockey season. Please help our administration department by having this completed ahead of time.

Welcome to our first annual summer 4 on 4 Developmental Hockey Program. If you are a current 2011-12 CAHA house player or 2012 Spring or Summer IP player, this program is for you!

Dates:

Sunday June 17- Sunday July 29
(No class Sunday July 22)

Cost:

$99 for 6 (50 Min) Sessions

Facts:

• Fun, Productive Ice Time
• 4 on 4 Development Hockey
• Full Ice Format, Not cross-ice

• Space is limited to 16 player maximum per team
• Goalies are FREE- First come-first serve

Participants are now responsible for their own registration with USA Hockey. Access the form by visiting usahockey and clicking on "on-line registration". A copy of your USA Hockey registration confirmation must be provided along with this form to the Ice Den Administration Office. Otherwise you will be ineligible to participate in the 4Forecheck program.

3x3 Spring Hockey is back!

Please show up to these first ice times earlier than normal. You will find out what team you're on the very first session and will receive your jersey. Spring 3x3 schedules will be provided. Expect to work on your game this first session. Actual 3x3 scrimmages will occur on the 4/14, 4/15 weekend.

Our CAHA team will work with your young player in all aspects of their game…skating, passing, shooting, agility, puckhandling, puck possession/protection, teamwork and body contact. This fun filled week is designed with the recreational player in mind and is chock-full of on and off ice activities. This week gives players the opportunity to participate in a FUN, well organized, full day hockey program that focuses on a player's overall development of their game. Come out and join Team Mustard or Team Ketchup and see who ends up with the Griller's Cup.

All activities led by CAHA's Director of Youth Hockey Development, Scott Gruber…along with the focused assistance of many familiar CAHA faces.

Last summer we sold out and many players got caught on the outside pawing the glass.

With the Ice Den's new "South Rink" open, CAHA has added some weekly Pond Hockey sessions for these of the season. These are great, informal ice sessions where players (and parents) can come out, have fun and work on their game at their own pace. Sticks and nets are on hand and there's a CAHA staff member to offer some help and organize a few games and fun activities. PARENTS MUST SIGN IN ALL Pond Hockey players at the Ice Den Admin Center prior to each session. This is a drop-in only program and as such, it requires a parent signature to play. Players withought a parent signature will NOT be allowed to participate. Full equipment is required for all youth players while helmets, shins, elbows and gloves are required for adults... Also, all players should remember to bring BOTH a white & black jersey for game play.

Cost:
$14 per youth player
$24 player & parent or sibling

ICE DEN – HOME OF THE JR COYOTES

The home facility for the CAHA Jr. Coyotes program is the state-of-the-art Ice Den, located in north Scottsdale. More than just an ice rink, the Ice Den was proclaimed by USA Today as a ‘Top 10’ rink the nation and Arizona Republic claimed it as the “Best Place in the Valley for Hockey”.

MANDATORY... ANNUAL USA HOCKEY FEE FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL CAHL REGISTRATIONS.

CAHL is a USA Hockey sanctioned program and requires all participants be valid members of USA Hockey prior to participation. USA Hockey requires individuals to secure their membership direct from the USA Hockey website. The CAHL (or Ice Den) is not permitted to register for you. USA Hockey sets their fees over the course of each summer. For the 2011-2012 season, the national fee is $30 and the state fee is $15 for a total of $45 (both fees are included when you register). Once registered, your USA Hockey membership is effective for 1 year: September 1, 2011 - August 31, 2012.

USA Hockey Registration is Easy...
